Payment, Delivery & Return
1. Does CycarStore provide FREE delivery?
- YES we do. Delivery is FREE for orders of RM60.00 and above (for addresses in Semenanjung Malaysia only).
2. Are the displayed prices inclusive of GST?
- GST have been abolished, and no longer included in the pricing.
- Take note that the prices shown in CycarStore are Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for Semenanjung Malaysia only. The prices for these products at retailers in Sabah & Sarawak may vary due to transport and other charges.
3. If my order is below RM60.00, what is the delivery cost?
- For orders below RM60.00, the delivery charge (to Semenanjung Malaysia addresses) is RM13.00.
4. Do you deliver to Sabah & Sarawak?
- Due to air freight policy and restrictions (on flammable goods, lithium batteries, etc.), we are unable to deliver to Sabah & Sarawak.
- For special arrangements such as ordering through our East Malaysia dealers or bulk order with sea freight, please send an inqiury to firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Which method can I use to pay for my items?
- You can pay via Online Banking or Credit Card(refer to the next FAQ below. Here is the list of supported Online banking facilities:
6. Can I pay by credit card?
- Yes, you can use credit card (direct) and also credit card via Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account. After check-out, fill-up your shipping details and click Complete Order. You will then see the screen below; select the "Credit Card" option.
Proceed to fill up your credit card details (shown below). Take note that CycarStore only delivers to addresses in Semenanjung Malaysia.
7. Upon purchase, when can I receive the items?
- For orders within the Klang Valley, delivery time is estimated to be between 2 - 3 working days. Take note that all orders will be processed (from warehouse to the courier company) on the next working day.
- It will take a slightly longer time to deliver to areas outside the Klang Valley (additional 1 - 2 working days).
8. Can I arrange the date for the orders to arrive?
- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate scheduling of deliveries. Should the orders arrived at an inconvenient time, you may re-schedule the delivery with the courier company.
9. Can I make an order during weekends and holidays?
- At CycarStore, our system will accept your order anytime even during the weekend&holidays. However, our team can only process the order on the next working day.

10. Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?
- We are sorry, once the order has been shipped, it can't be cancelled.
11. Is there any area that CycarStore cannot deliver to?
- CycarStore can deliver all items to Semenanjung Malaysia addresses.
- Due to air freight safety regulations, we are unable to deliver to Sabah & Sarawak.
- Unfortunately, CycarStore do not deliver outside of Malaysia.
12. Which courier company will deliver the items from CycarStore?
- The main courier company will be Citylink. Alternatively, CycarStore may use other companies as and when required.
13. Does CycarStore ship internationally?
- We are sorry, CycarStore do not accept international orders.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. You can return an item purchased for the following reasons:
a) Item not as described
b) Item defective / not working
c) Item damaged
d) Missing parts
e) Wrong item ordered
f) Wrong item delivered
2. You must return the item within 15 calendar days.

3. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
4. Download and fill up the Return Form (click to download PDF file).
5. Please mail the item with a printed copy of the Return Form to:
Cycar Parts and Accessories Sdn Bhd, Building Information Centre, P3.08 - P3.12, 3rd Floor, Lot 2, Jalan 51A/243, Petaling Jaya, 46100, Selangor, Malaysia.
6. You can send the return item via postal service and we will reimburse you the postal service fee if it is a valid return.
7. We will not provide exchange. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase it.
8. Return evaluation process will take 1 business day after we receive the item.
9. If your return is valid and meets our requirements, we will refund your purchase price + postal service fee and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within the next business day.
10. We will notify you status of your return request within 2 business days after we receive the item. If your return does not meet with our requirements, your return postal fee will not be reimbursed.
